Tea Please

I love the way fresh brewed tea looks in a mason jar. As soon as I pour the hot water over the herbs, I watch the alchemy unfold as the color taints water, releasing the medicine into the drink providing me with water soluble nourishment. Sometimes I'll add a little honey and lemon. Lately, I've been loving my red clover infused honey for immediately feelings of grounded calm health. This oat straw (plus a dash of red clover) and my milky oats tincture have been keeping me in better spirits lately. In the tea ball is a blend I did of motherwort, passionflower, lemon balm--all harvested this summer at the United Plant Savers Goldenseal Sanctuary in Ohio. This allows me to drift back there, even if just for a few sips of reconnection..
